Past Life Regression Therapy is performed by a qualified Regression Therapist trained by Past Life Regression Therapists Association.
Have our souls lived before? Do you believe in life after death? Where do our dreams come from? Have you ever met someone and been convinced you have met them in a previous life? Or perhaps you have travelled to somewhere new but feel instinctively that you have a connection with that place?
People are drawn to past life regression for many reasons. You might want to explore your past lives because you find it exciting and interesting and to see yourself as someone different. It would just be an excursion through time. A more compelling motive for Past Life Regression may be that you want to regress for therapeutic reasons. Many emotional problems and conflicts are quickly and effectively resolved by regressing to past lifetimes to release old beliefs and blocks that no longer serve you in your current lifetime. Clients discover that present life conflicts and problems often stem from traumatic events in prior lifetimes.
A typical Past Life Regression treatment begins by taking the client into deep relaxation. Once the client is deeply relaxed, subconscious memories are able to surface and the client is guided into a past incarnation. By bringing these memories into conscious awareness, I then guide the client through the significant events of the lifetime, and look at how these situations could have affected the present life.
The majority of people who book a session are just curious, but for others, deep seated repressions are affecting their present lives, and by visiting the cause of the repression, the client can be helped to understand and overcome the issue/s. Many repressions manifest as phobias.
All new clients are offered a free 15 minutes consultation before the therapy session. Therefore the first session can last up to 1.5 hours with subsequent hourly sessions available thereafter.
